Mila de Olano
Global Development Coordinator

Mila joined the InvestAmerica global EB-5 team in February 2019, as Global Development Coordinator, with her focus specifically, though not limited to, the company’s EB-5 activities in Latin America. She is committed to using her communication skills to help guide families from all over the world to assist them with their immigration journey to the United States.

Mila has a degree in “Education and Development” from Anahuac University, starting it in Sao Paulo, Brazil and finishing it with an almost three-year internship in Monterrey, Mexico, working as a social worker and event coordinator while finishing her degree. Returning to Brazil, she achieved a minor degree in Spanish from the “Instituto Cervantes” (The Cervantes Institute) and took undergraduate classes in Business and Administration at the “Univerdade Pontificia do Paraná” (PUC).

In Brazil, Mila worked with the Customer Care – Latin America Division for ExxonMobil and at the Everest International School as the Discipline Coordinator for the Middle School. She moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2007 to attend the The Language Academy, moving later to Atlanta, Georgia in 2008 with a scholarship to attend The Atlanta English Institute, where she achieved her certification in ESL (English as a Second Language). In Atlanta, she worked at the customer service division for Promethean Inc., an educational technology corporation, serving customers from Latin America and USA.

Mila met her husband in Atlanta, Georgia where she currently resides with their four children.
