Meet Peter

Peter Abeles joined Sequence in 2013 and brings with him over 25 years experience in Financial Services, with a principal focus in the Investment and Merchant Banking arena.

Prior to joining Sequence, Peter headed up the US Bank Broker/Dealer and Specialty Finance team within Societe Generale’s Investment Bank in New York. Earlier in his career, he helped start-up the Asset-Backed Securities Group at Standard & Poor’s and for over ten years in the 1990’s developed and managed the Asset Securitization business for ContiFinancial Services Corporation, a NY-based Merchant Bank.

Peter has a long history as a strategic, innovative and results focused Senior Banker with a well established contact base at CEO/CFO/Treasurer level for major financial institutions in the US. His skill-set includes expertise in global banking and brokerage industries, capital markets and asset securitization.

Peter received a BS from Syracuse University and a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University. He is based in Charleston, SC and maintains Series 79, 63 and 82 securities registrations through Sequence.
